The restaurant team, especially Sonia, totally rocked with their knowledge. Plus, the pool area was a chill spot to unwind.
Parking fees hit hard, and the check-in staff could've been a tad more attentive. Lift drama in the middle of the night wasn't ideal either!

We had a relaxing stay at this pet-friendly hotel. The room was high-class, moreover large with twin beds. Every employee we encountered was extremely polite and super friendly. Efficient service, great value for money, just what was needed.

Breakfast and service was very good
We changed rooms because someone had been smoking in the one we were allocated. The changing rooms at the leisure facilities was very mouldy and were in need of decoration and update.

The Hotel was just ok and in need of some redecorsation and clean up
The breakfast was not that good and cost £14 per person... do not book the breakfast. There are some small cafes in the main touchwood shopping centre area and you can get a good breakfast for half the price and better quality. The cafes are a 2min walk from the hotel.

Hotel was clean and tidy reception staff polite and qick to serve on check out, breakfast was great my 10 year old son and I thought that was the best part of out short stay !
Not really the hotel's fault as far as I could see,but when I checked in they had no record of my booking from yourselves but thankfully they had a room available !! Not sure where communication broke down but could have been very different feedback if they had been fully booked.

The Premium Room was spacious and stylish. The gym and spa facilities were really good, great for a relaxing downtime after a busy day. The restaurant offered a good menu, and I highly recommend the grilled fish with chips and the orange chocolate tart, superbly prepared.
Service was occasionally slow during peak times.
